Dinner with thematic menu about fig trees and figs, consisting of the presentation of 4 dishes where the fig is present and is the protagonist in all of them. We will start with a selection of five appetizers, to continue with marinated llampuga and figs, continue with lamb tenderloin accompanied with figs and to finish with a fig biscuit; Dinner will be accompanied by a selection of wines from the best wineries in Mallorca.


During the dinner, the book by M. Esperança Llabrés will be presented in which he will talk about the importance of fig trees and figs in Mediterranean culture and gastronomy.
