Our extra virgin olive oil, produced from the olives harvested by hand on our estate, Son Barbassa, is the result of blending the varieties arbequina, mallorquina and picual, in 0.25 and 0.50 litre bottles and cans, with the designation of origin Oli de Mallorca.
This olive oil has an acidity degree of 0.2º and stands out for its intense olive fruit flavour, mild and sweet, a little spicy at the end, in addition to a flavour of green herbs and other ripe fruit as banana, almond, walnut and artichoke. Extra-virgin olive oil is a cornerstone of the Mediterranean diet and there’s hardly another natural food with higher preventive and healing properties.
Rich in A, D, E and K vitamins, it enhances the absorption of minerals such as calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and zinc. Its benefit for the cardiovascular system is high, it enhances bone growth and delays skin ageing.
